Summer! Back at the Convent on the 20th after a few weeks of trains and tents and saltwater and loved ones and deep downtime (with scary books) 📚 🌺🌊😎 Does this year feel like more of a final slog to the finish line than usual? I know it does for me! I had grand plans to post a bunch of thoughtful and useful content heading into the weirdest time of the year, but life and work has defeated me (so far… still hoping!!) Dalia Shevin’s immortal print to express the inexpressible, and a reminder that it’s normal to feel messed up in messed up circumstances. “Wherever you go, there you are” 😌 Said Jon Kabbat-Zinn, which sometimes sounds like a curse. Only a few breakdowns left until Christmas folks, keep trucking. 🥱😮‍💨 I'll be off to find some bushland and surf over summer, so if you've been thinking about a check-in before Xmas chaos hits, or getting a head-start on the therapy you’re planning in 2026 get in touch! 🏝️ Tiny springtime upgrades go far 🌼🌱 Happy spooky weekend! 👻🎃 Getting older is a trip, living in a human body is a psychedelic journey! Sometimes 'superficial' stuff isn't superficial at all. The glory of a great outfit, the pleasure of diving under a wave, embracing a loved one, or biting into a really amazing taco are anything but shallow pleasures.
